Questions about this item

How do I apply the Cosco 098131 adhesive characters and what step do people often skip?

Clean the target surface thoroughly, then peel each character from the backing sheet and press firmly; skipping the cleaning step causes premature lifting on glass, metal or plastic.

When will the Cosco 098131 characters need replacement?

Replace individual characters when edges curl, adhesive fails or the black pigment fades from UV exposure; the peel-and-stick design lets you swap single pieces without redoing the whole sign.

What is the first limitation you hit when the Cosco 098131 characters are used outdoors continuously?

Sustained sunlight fades the black pigment and degrades the adhesive bond before the vinyl substrate itself breaks down.
