ACCUSTAMP 2 Message Stamp

The ACCUSTAMP 2 038847 is a self-inking message stamp displaying the word "COMPLETED" in blue ink. It uses Helvetica Neue and ITC Bookman Std. fonts with a 3/8 inch character height. The plastic body measures 6 inches high by 1 1/2 inches long by 3 3/4 inches wide. It includes Microban antimicrobial product protection.

Office staff processing paperwork

This stamp suits office workers who need to mark documents as finished quickly and consistently. The fixed legend and blue ink colour are not changeable, so buyers needing custom text, a different ink colour, or a date function should look at other options. The preset imprint area of 1/2 by 1 5/8 inches limits the amount of text shown.

High-volume document marking

The self-inking mechanism handles repetitive stamping without a separate pad, delivering thousands of impressions before a refill is needed. The 3/8 inch character height ensures the word "COMPLETED" remains legible on standard forms and files. Very large boxes or surfaces requiring a bigger mark will exceed the 1 5/8 inch maximum imprint width.

Questions about this item

What size paper or form is needed for the 1 5/8 in wide imprint?

The imprint area is 1 5/8 in wide by 1/2 in high, so any document with at least that much clear space will accept the mark.

Will the blue ink show clearly on coloured card stock I already use?

Blue ink on the stamp gives good contrast on white or light paper; on dark card the mark may be harder to read.

How can I confirm the stamp is printing the word COMPLETED correctly?

Make a test impression on scrap paper — the legend should appear in Helvetica Neue and ITC Bookman Std. at 3/8 in character height.
