15-Drawer Rolling Storage Cart

This Costway cart delivers fifteen movable drawers in two sizes: five large and ten small. The all-black polypropylene drawers slide on metal channels for smooth operation. A chrome steel frame provides structural rigidity while four universal wheels, two with locks, allow easy repositioning and secure parking. It suits home, office, school or garage organisation.

Plastic Drawers on Metal Channels

Drawers glide through metal channels without resistance, but the polypropylene construction limits the weight each drawer can bear compared to full-metal units. The steel frame supports the assembly, yet the plastic fronts and bins are not designed for heavy tools or dense hardware. Wheels measure 1.5 inches in diameter, suited to smooth floors rather than thresholds or carpet pile.

Capacity and Headroom

Five large drawers at 13.5 by 9.0 by 4.5 inches and ten small drawers at 13.5 by 9.0 by 2.0 inches sort papers, craft supplies or stationery. The top surface holds up to 22 lbs for a printer or decor. Overall footprint is 24.5 by 14.5 by 34.5 inches. Builders needing high-density parts storage or lockable security should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the five large drawers or the ten small drawers for bulkier supplies?

The unit has 15 drawers total — five large at 13.5x9.0x4.5 inches and ten small at 13.5x9.0x2.0 inches — so pick the large ones for taller items and the small ones for flat materials.

What does the 22-lb top rating mean when I put a printer on it?

The steel frame supports up to 22 lbs on the top surface, enough for a typical desktop printer or monitor without bowing.

How do the 1.5-inch wheels with two locks perform on carpet versus hard floor?

Four 1.5-inch universal wheels roll smoothly on hard floors; the two locking wheels keep the cart stationary on carpet or uneven surfaces.
