A 51-inch pinch bar for prying, nail removal and stud pulling, forged from high-carbon steel with a tapered handle for leverage
The Council Tool 120PP pinch bar measures 51 inches long and is made from high carbon steel. Its press forged ends deliver superior strength for demolition tasks. Electricians and contractors use it to remove nails, pull studs and pry apart materials. The roll forged tapered handle provides excellent leverage for heavy prying jobs.
This is a non-powered hand tool with no motor, fan or electrical components. It produces no heat, draws no power and operates silently during use. There are no thermal limits or noise ratings to consider for this manual pry bar. Performance depends entirely on the force applied by the user.
The 1 1/8 inch thickness and width allow the bar to fit into tight gaps between framing members. Its 51 inch length frees up reach for larger demolition projects without needing extensions. The forged taper handle clears obstacles while maintaining grip space. No additional tools or power sources are required for operation.
Measured against everything we stock in Electrical Trade Tools & Kits, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Place the press forged end fully under the material, grip the roll forged tapered handle near the end, and apply steady force; the high carbon steel and forged construction resist bending when the bar is kept straight during the pry.
The press forged bar ends take the direct prying load, so the pinch point and chisel edge will round off before the handle or shaft shows fatigue.
In tight spaces the full 51 inch length can restrict swing clearance, forcing shorter, less efficient strokes before the job is finished.
