Crayola Modeling Clay Assorted Classic Colors Set of 8

What the clay is and who uses it

Crayola Modeling Clay is a non-hardening, wax and oil-based material that stays soft after molding so creations can be reshaped again and again. The set contains eight sticks in classic colors including red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, blue, purple and pink for immediate variety. Each stick weighs 3/5 ounce for a total of 4-4/5 ounces of clay. It is designed for young artists who want reusable sculpting material.

How it behaves during extended use

The clay remains water-resistant and does not dry out even after long periods of shaping and handling. Its wax and oil formula keeps the texture consistent throughout a project without hardening or crumbling. Colors hold their brightness while the material stays pliable for repeated sessions. This makes it reliable for ongoing classroom or home use where work spans multiple days.

What to check before ordering

The product is marked as nontoxic: No, so verify whether that suits the intended user and environment. Each stick measures 1.27 cm by 9.53 cm by 13.34 cm and the full set weighs .326 pounds, so confirm the scale fits the planned projects. The packaging holds eight individual sticks totaling 4.8 ounces, which may limit larger builds. Ensure the classic color range matches the creative needs before purchase.
