8.5 qt Aluminum Sauce Pan

The Crestware sauce pan offers an 8.5 qt capacity built from 2.5 mm aluminum with a riveted silicone cool-grip handle. It is suited for commercial kitchens and breakrooms that need a straightforward boiling or simmering vessel without a lid.

Straight-Sided Aluminum Limits

The straight-sided aluminum body conducts heat evenly but lacks a non-stick coating, so delicate sauces may require frequent stirring. No cover is included and the pan is not dishwasher safe, oven safe, or induction compatible, limiting cleaning and cooking methods.

8.5 Quart Capacity Headroom

The 8.5 qt volume handles stocks, soups, and pasta batches for medium crews with room to spare. Very large banquet quantities or tasks needing a fitted lid will exceed what this open pan can manage.
