Crestware 20×15 Polyethylene Desk

The Crestware PCB1520G is a 20 inch by 15 inch polyethylene desk finished in green. Its reversible design gives two usable faces for food preparation or general workspace tasks. The surface is NSF listed for commercial hygiene standards. It suits home offices or light commercial settings needing a compact, easy-clean platform.

Thermals and power draw

The polyethylene construction does not generate heat and requires no electrical power. The material stays at ambient temperature during normal use and produces no audible noise. No fans, power supplies or thermal management are involved. Cleaning with standard detergents restores the surface without affecting performance.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the 20 by 15 inch polyethylene board on my desk without it sliding?

Place the board on a clean, dry surface and press down firmly; the 1/2 inch thickness and polyethylene material give it enough weight to stay put during use.

When should I replace the green PCB series board if knife grooves appear?

Replace the board once deep grooves trap food particles, as the NSF-listed polyethylene surface can no longer be sanitised effectively.
