Rack Extender with 20 Compartments

The Crestware REC20 is a plastic rack extender designed to add 20 individual compartments to compatible dish racks. It suits commercial kitchens and high-volume home setups that need organised glassware storage.

Capacity and Headroom

Each compartment measures 3-5/8 by 4-1/2 inches, accepting cups up to 3-5/8 inches in diameter. The grid holds 20 items at once, so it handles standard tumblers and small mugs but runs out of space for larger pint glasses or oversized stemware.

Practical Limits of the System

The extender fits inside a rack with an 18-1/4 inch square interior and adds 1-1/2 inches of height. It withstands temperatures up to 210 degrees Fahrenheit, making it safe for commercial dishwashers, but it cannot be used as a standalone rack or with racks that have smaller internal dimensions.
