Anti-Fatigue Mat 36 x 120

This vinyl mat measures 36 by 120 inches and provides a 3/8 inch thick cushioned surface. The closed-cell PVC sponge construction reduces pressure on knees, feet and ankles during long periods of standing. A ribbed top layer improves grip while bevelled edges help prevent tripping. It is designed for dry indoor areas such as service counters, mailrooms and packaging stations.

Suitable Use and Limits

Workers who stand for extended shifts at cashier stations, assembly lines or workbenches will benefit from the fatigue relief and slip resistance. The light-duty rating means it is not intended for wet environments, outdoor use or areas with heavy rolling equipment traffic. Buyers needing chemical resistance or drainage holes should consider a different mat type.

3/8 Inch Thickness

The 3/8 inch thick closed-cell PVC sponge core determines the level of cushioning and insulation against cold floors. This thickness suits light industrial and commercial standing tasks where moderate comfort is required. Thicker or thinner alternatives exist for more demanding or space-constrained applications.

Questions about this item

How do I position the 36 x 120 mat so the beveled edges reduce tripping?

Unroll the mat on a clean, dry floor with the ribbed surface facing up; the beveled edges lay flat automatically, so avoid stretching or folding the mat during placement.

What cleaning routine keeps the close-cell PVC sponge surface effective?

Damp-mop the ribbed vinyl with water or mild detergent; do not soak the mat or use harsh solvents, as excess moisture can degrade the sponge backing over time.

At what point does the 3/8" thick sponge stop rebounding during all-day standing?

The light-duty PVC sponge is rated for dry-area service counters and cashier stations; continuous heavy industrial traffic will compress the cushion faster than occasional use.
