Crown Mats Stat-zap Anti-Static Carpet Mat

The Crown Mats Stat-zap SPNC35PE is a patented anti-static carpet mat designed for office environments where static control is essential. Its conductive fibers and Rug-Hugger backing dissipate electrical charges through the mat backing without requiring a grounding cord. The loop pile carpet top suits heavy-duty, dry indoor areas and works on both carpeted and hard floors. Buyers needing a grounding-cord connection or outdoor-rated static protection should look elsewhere.

Capacity and Coverage for Office Floors

Measuring 60 inches long by 36 inches wide and .63 inches thick, the mat covers a substantial workstation area on flat to low-pile carpets or hard floors. The heavy-duty grade and olefin-polypropylene surface handle daily chair traffic and footfall in busy offices. The rectangular shape fits standard desk footprints but will not cover larger collaborative zones or L-shaped workstation runs.

Rug-Hugger Backing and Indoor Installation

The rubber Rug-Hugger backing grips compatible surfaces securely so the mat stays in place without adhesives or separate anchors. Because it operates cord-free, it frees up wall outlets and eliminates trip hazards from grounding wires. Indoor use only; the mat is not rated for wet areas, outdoor exposure, or high-pile carpet installations.
