Desk Protection Mat

The Crown Mats WP 0035CH is a rectangular floor mat designed for office chairs on hard floors or low-pile carpet. Its charcoal gray cut-pile surface resists fading, staining, mold and mildew while retaining sixty percent more liquid and fine dirt than most standard mats. The vinyl backing forms a moisture barrier that protects the floor underneath. It suits home or commercial workspaces needing durable floor protection.

Surface Retention and Durability

The plush olefin construction traps spills and debris effectively during daily use. Fibres resist common stains and microbial growth without special cleaning routines. The moisture-barrier backing prevents liquid from reaching the subfloor. Normal foot traffic and chair movement do not degrade the surface appearance over time.

Workspace Integration

The mat measures thirty-six by sixty inches and lies flat under a desk and chair cluster. Its rectangular footprint covers the primary roll zone without extending into walkways. The low-profile edge reduces tripping risk when entering or leaving the workspace. No adhesives or fasteners are required for installation.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 36 x 60 Wonder-Pro mat and what step do people skip?

Unroll the mat on a clean, dry floor with the vinyl backing facing down; the step often skipped is letting the olefin pile relax flat for several hours before rolling chairs onto it.

What maintenance will the WP 0035CH need over time?

Vacuum the charcoal gray cut pile regularly and spot-clean spills; the vinyl moisture barrier prevents liquid from reaching the subfloor, so no under-mat drying is required.

What limit appears first under sustained chair traffic?

The plush olefin surface will show compression patterns before the vinyl backing loses its moisture-barrier performance.
