Crown Rely-On Olefin Wiper Mat 36 x 60 Charcoal

This rectangular indoor wiper mat measures 36 inches by 60 inches and features a plush olefin surface on a vinyl backing. It is designed for light to medium foot traffic in office environments. The charcoal colour blends with most décor styles while the vinyl lip anchors the mat in place.

Upgrade from basic floor protection to moisture

The olefin surface holds up to .75 gallon of water per square yard, drying moisture from shoes more effectively than simple vinyl or carpet scraps. The jump is worth it when entrance areas see regular wet traffic and a standard mat cannot contain the volume. Thickness is .38 inch for a low-profile transition.

Limits of a vinyl-backed wiper mat

The standard vinyl backing provides grip on hard floors but may shift on thick pile carpet without additional anchoring. The mat is not biodegradable and contains no recycled content. It suits indoor use only; outdoor exposure or heavy industrial traffic will exceed the material limits.

Questions about this item

What floor space does the 36 x 60 charcoal mat cover?

The rectangular wiper mat measures 36 inches wide by 60 inches long and is 0.38 inches thick, covering a standard desk or entry area.

How is the vinyl lip positioned during installation?

The 36 x 1 inch vinyl lip extends along the 36-inch width; lay the mat flat with the lip facing the doorway so wheels roll onto the olefin surface without catching the edge.

When should the olefin surface be replaced?

Replace the mat when the plush olefin no longer absorbs up to 0.75 gallon of water per square yard or when the vinyl backing shows cracking or permanent compression.
