Pre-Cut Sheets for Medium Freeze Dryer Trays

This pack supplies 200 parchment sheets sized at 17.25 in by 6.87 in to fit Harvest Right Medium freeze dryer trays. The pre-cut dimensions remove the need to measure or trim rolls before each batch. Sheets are made from unbleached wood pulp and weigh 0.889 kilograms for the full pack. They are intended for home freeze-drying projects where consistent tray coverage matters.

Single-Use Convenience With Reuse Potential

Each sheet acts as a non-stick liner so freeze-dried food releases cleanly without tearing. The material is biodegradable and compostable, limiting waste when disposal is necessary. Sheets can be washed and reused multiple times, though performance varies with food type and drying cycle length. No coating or chemical treatment is mentioned in the specifications.

Upgrade From Roll-Cut Liners

Builders who currently cut parchment from rolls gain faster prep and less off-cut waste with these pre-sized sheets. The jump is worth it when batch frequency makes repetitive measuring a bottleneck. Users needing custom tray shapes or larger formats will not be served by this fixed 17.25 by 6.87 inch size.
