Extra-large ceramic nonstick griddle

The Crux CRUXGG grill and griddle offers a 10 by 20 inch ceramic nonstick surface powered by a 1750-watt heating system. It reaches 500°F for searing, grilling and making waffles or pizzelles. The red and white finish adds a modern look to the kitchen.

Heat-up speed and steady temperature

The 1750-watt element brings the plate to temperature quickly and holds it evenly across the extra-large surface. A detachable design makes it simple to move the hot plate to a trivet or sink without handling the base. No fan or active cooling is described in the specifications.

Detachable plate simplifies cleaning and serving

Because the griddle lifts off the heating base, food can be carried straight to the table and the nonstick surface washes up with a wipe. The compact base stores easily despite the 23.27 by 6.14 inch footprint. No additional accessories or software are included.
