What the set contains

The Cuisinart C77SS bundle delivers eleven stainless steel knives in assorted lengths for bread, cheese and everyday prep, all housed in a matching storage block. The red finish gives the collection a distinctive look on the countertop.

Moving up from loose knives

Replacing a mismatched drawer of individual blades with this single block keeps every edge protected and instantly accessible. The upgrade makes sense when you want one coordinated set that covers the full range of slicing tasks without hunting for the right tool.

Setting up and common issues

Lift each knife from the block, rinse and dry before first use, then return it to its dedicated slot. The main pitfalls are letting moisture sit on the steel, which can dull the edge, and forcing a blade into the wrong slot, which damages both the knife and the block.

Questions about this item

How much counter space does the 14-inch tall storage block require?

The block measures 14 inches high, 10 inches wide and 10 inches deep, so allow at least that footprint plus room to lift knives clear.

What is the correct way to seat each knife in the block, and what mistake damages the blades?

Insert each knife spine-first until it rests fully in its slot; forcing blades in edge-down dulls the stainless steel edges.

When should the 11 stainless steel knives be professionally sharpened?

Have them sharpened when a tomato skin slips instead of slicing cleanly; hand-wash and dry immediately after every use to delay that point.
