What it is

Wax Heads is a cozy-punk narrative simulation from Curve Games and Patattie Games. You run a struggling record store called Repeater Records, chatting with quirky customers and exploring a handcrafted collection of over 80 albums. The game releases on 5 May 2026 and arrives as a Steam download code for PC.

Platform and DRM

The product is a downloadable Steam code that activates Wax Heads on a Windows PC. A Steam account is required for installation and play. Minimum specifications call for Windows 11, an Intel Core i5-4670K or Radeon RX 550 processor, 4 GB RAM and a GeForce GT 10 class graphics card.

Build fit

As a digital code, the game adds no physical media to a build and only occupies storage space once installed. It runs on modest modern hardware, leaving headroom for other applications. Buyers who want a physical disc or a version playable without Steam will need a different product.
