Eight Silver Age comic frame

This black wood frame holds eight Silver Age comics measuring 7.25 by 10.5 inches. A .75 inch moulding surrounds an acid-free black mat and nesting foam that keeps each book secure. UV acrylic protects the covers from fading while the overall dimensions reach 20 by 50.5 inches. Made in the USA and ready to hang on any wall.

Indoor display thermals and weight

Designed for typical indoor environments the frame adds minimal heat and no audible noise to the room. The wood moulding, mat, foam and acrylic combine for a lightweight assembly that standard picture hooks can support. No power draw or active cooling is involved so the piece remains completely passive.

Wall mount and gift use

Hanging hardware is included so the frame mounts flush without extra brackets or tools. The horizontal layout frees vertical wall space and suits living rooms, offices or hallway galleries. Acid-free materials make it safe for long-term collectible storage and the finished package works well as a gift for comic enthusiasts.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 20x50.5 inch frame securely on the wall?

Use the included hanging hardware and attach it to wall studs; the 0.75 inch moulding adds weight, so drywall anchors alone may fail.

Will the UV acrylic need replacing to keep comics protected?

The UV acrylic is a permanent front panel; it does not degrade under normal indoor light and requires no scheduled replacement.

At what point does the nesting foam stop holding the 7.25x10.5 inch comics firmly?

The foam retains its grip indefinitely unless compressed repeatedly; avoid removing and reinserting books often to prevent loosening.
