The DAIERTEK USB-B5 plugs into a DIN Hella socket on BMW, Triumph, Ducati and other motorcycles to give two USB ports with Quick Charge 3.0 support. It supplies a maximum single-port output of 18 W and falls back to standard charging for non-QC devices. A built-in blue LED voltmeter shows real-time battery voltage on 12-24 V DC systems. The aluminium alloy body is waterproof and dustproof with a protective rubber cover.

Capacity and headroom

Each port can deliver up to 1.5 A at 12 V, enough for smartphones, tablets and similar USB-powered accessories. The combined load is limited by the vehicle’s 12 V socket and fuse, so very high-draw devices may exceed what the circuit can sustain. The QC 3.0 handshake works with compatible phones, while older QC 2.0, 1.0 and non-QC gear charges at standard rates.
