Replacement lamp for Epson EB 945

This new DataStor lamp module carries the ELPLP87 UHE bulb rated at 215 W and 5000 hours of rated life. It arrives fully assembled in its housing so it can be fitted straight into the projector without extra tools or alignment steps.

Suits owners of the EB 945 needing a drop

It is not intended for users of other Epson models or for installations that demand a different wattage or lamp-life specification. Buyers who need a higher-output module or a lamp rated for significantly longer service should look at a different part.

Steady output over the rated 5000-hour span

The UHE bulb is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality checks covering ignition, voltage stability, beam consistency and run-time, so brightness and colour balance remain predictable throughout extended sessions rather than fading after a short warm-up period.

Questions about this item

Which Epson projector models accept the EB 945 lamp module with part number ELPLP87?

The EB 945 lamp module with part number ELPLP87 is designed as a direct replacement for Epson projectors that specify the ELPLP87 lamp, including the EB 945 model.

Will the 215 W UHE lamp operate correctly in an older Epson projector that originally used a lower-wattage lamp?

The 215 W UHE lamp is built to the exact electrical and optical specification of the original ELPLP87, so it only works in projectors that list that part number.

How can I verify the new lamp is running at the rated 5,000-hour life after installation?

Reset the projector's lamp-hour counter after fitting the module; the counter will then track usage toward the 5,000-hour rating.
