Direct replacement for Epson PowerLite 1980WU

This lamp module matches the ELPLP77 specification and fits the PowerLite 1980WU projector. It arrives as a complete assembly with a 280W UHE bulb already seated in its housing, so no separate handling of the burner is required. The unit is new and built to ISO 9001 quality checks for beam performance and run-time.

Pre-assembled housing eliminates bulb handling

Because the bulb comes factory-fitted in the cage, installation only requires opening the projector's lamp door and sliding the module into place. This reduces the risk of contaminating the optics or damaging the reflector during a swap. The 90-day warranty covers early-life failures without additional registration steps.

Rated life varies with projector power mode

In Normal mode the lamp is rated for 4000 hours; switching the projector to Economy mode extends the rating to 5000 hours. Brightness will gradually decline over that period, and the projector will eventually prompt for replacement. The module is not user-serviceable and cannot be refilled or re-bulbed once the rated hours are reached.
