Questions about this item

How often will the gel-filled ear seals need replacing on the H20-10?

The gel-filled ear seals are part of the custom comfort system and are covered by the five-year guarantee, so replacement within that period is handled under the manufacturer's terms.

What limits continuous use of the H20-10 headset during long sessions?

The headset weighs 10 ounces and uses a patented suspension headband with contoured gel ear seals designed to distribute pressure evenly for extended wear.

How much heat or noise does the H20-10 generate when worn all day?

The H20-10 is a passive headset with no electronics, so it produces no heat or noise of its own and provides a certified 22 dB noise reduction rating.
