Clear polyethylene pan liners sized 24 in by 17 in withstand 220 Degrees F and include twist ties for easy storage in a pack of 250
The Daymark IT110213 steam pan liner measures 24 inches wide by 17 inches long and is supplied in a pack of 250 sheets. It is designed for food-service operations that need a disposable barrier for standard steam-table pans. The clear polyethylene material allows visual inspection of contents without removing the liner.
Each liner withstands a maximum temperature of 220 degrees Fahrenheit and has a thickness of .5 mil. The uncoated polyethylene is not compostable, not recyclable and carries no bio-based certifications, so disposal follows conventional waste streams. The sheets meet HACCP standards for food-contact safety in commercial kitchens.
A twist tie is included for easy storage and resealing of the bulk pack between uses. The liners fit pans sized 24 inches by 17 inches and are not suited for smaller or differently shaped containers. Buyers needing certified compostable or recyclable liners will need an alternative product.

Unfold each clear sheet fully, align the 24 in width and 17 in length with the pan edges, then smooth from the centre outward; the thin .5 mil film tears if pulled tight over sharp corners.
Discard after one use; the uncoated polyethylene is not compostable, recyclable, or rated for reuse, and HACCP standards treat it as a single-use barrier.
The maximum rated temperature is 220 Degrees F; sustained heat at or above this point can cause the .5 mil material to soften or melt.
