Neoprene timing belt with 69 teeth, 14 mm pitch and 55 mm width operates from -22 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit
The Dayton 1LWB2 is a Synchro-Link curvilinear timing belt built for general industrial drives. It uses a neoprene body with nylon tooth facing and a fiberglass cord for tensile strength. The closed-loop design delivers synchronous motion without lubrication.
Replace an existing belt when tooth wear, cracking, or stretch causes timing errors or slippage under load. The jump is worth it when the drive requires the 14 mm pitch and 55 mm width to match the pulley profile exactly.
Slip the belt over both pulleys and tension to the drive specification; no tools beyond standard tension gauges are needed. The most common issue is misaligned pulleys, which quickly shreds the nylon facing and fiberglass cords.

This Synchro-Link timing belt has a 14 mm pitch, 966 mm pitch length, 55 mm top width, and 69 teeth on one side.
Route the continuous loop over both pulleys and tension to the drive manufacturer's specification; do not pry or roll the belt onto flanges, which can damage the nylon tooth coating and fiberglass cords.
Replace if the belt sees temperatures above 194 °F or below -22 °F, or if you observe cracked neoprene, frayed nylon coating, missing teeth, or excessive elongation beyond the drive's tension range.
