Equipment roller for heavy loads

The Dayton 2MPR9 equipment roller supports a 2,200 lb capacity on a steel frame with a powder-coated finish. It measures 17 in long by 13 3/8 in wide with a deck height of 4 3/4 in. A rubber-padded top plate protects the load surface during transport. The unit uses two rigid and two swivel casters for controlled movement.

Steel frame and swivel casters

The powder-coated steel frame resists corrosion and handles repeated industrial use. Four casters — two rigid and two swivel — allow straight tracking and tight turns without lifting the load. The rubber-padded deck grips equipment and reduces vibration while rolling. A low 4 3/4 in deck height eases loading from ground level.

Replaces fixed dollies and manual lifting

This roller replaces static dollies when loads must turn in confined aisles or around corners. The swivel casters eliminate the need to reposition a rigid platform repeatedly. It is not suited for applications requiring braked casters, powered drive, or a capacity above 2,200 lb.
