Questions about this item

Will the BFB0712HF fan need bearing lubrication or a full swap after long-term use?

The fan is a single replaceable unit; when airflow drops or noise rises, swapping the entire BFB0712HF restores cooling without separate bearing service.

What stops the BFB0712HF from running continuously at 12 V 1.8 A?

The 12 V 1.8 A rating is the electrical ceiling; sustained operation at that draw is limited only by the host card's thermal throttle point.

How loud and hot does the BFB0712HF get during all-day GPU loads?

Each unit is tested before shipping; under constant 12 V 1.8 A load it spins at its rated speed, moving air across the heatsink with no extra acoustic or thermal data published.
