Replacement cooler for MSI Firebat X17S

This cooling pad replaces the original fan in MSI Firebat X17S, X17S2, F760, F760X, F750 and F750X laptops. It is a direct‑fit accessory for owners of those models who need a new cooler. Buyers with different laptop lines or custom cooling loops should look elsewhere.

Capacity and headroom for sustained loads

The unit supplies a single 17 cm airflow path designed to handle the thermal output of the listed Firebat chassis. It keeps temperatures in check during typical gaming or work sessions but will reach its limit under prolonged maximum‑load scenarios.

Build quality and daily mounting implications

Each fan is tested individually before shipping and comes with a 9‑month warranty. The package includes one cooler; the manufacturer may ship units from Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, Kipo or equivalent sources depending on stock. Users should compare the supplied photos with their original fan to confirm physical compatibility before installation.

Questions about this item

Will this fan fit the same mounting points as the original cooler in my MSI Firebat X17S?

The fan is built as a direct replacement for the X17S and X17S2 models, so it uses the identical screw pattern and connector.

How can I confirm the fan is running correctly after I install it?

Power on the laptop; the fan should spin immediately and you should feel steady airflow from the exhaust vents.

Does the package include mounting screws or a power cable, or do I need to reuse the old ones?

The box contains only the fan itself; you will reuse the original screws and the existing motherboard connector.
