Replacement CPU fan for Samsung NP300V3A series

This new DBTLAP cooling fan is built as a direct replacement for Samsung NP300V3A, NP305V3A and NP355V3A laptops. It operates at 5 V and draws 0.5 A. The package contains one fan unit that has been tested before shipping. Buyers should compare the photos with their original part before ordering.

Matching the FCN FB05 DFS531105MC0T part number

The critical specification is the manufacturer part number FCN FB05 DFS531105MC0T, also referenced as BA81-14323A. Only laptops that list this exact code will accept the fan without modification. Verifying the part number against the old component ensures 100 % compatibility.

Suitable for owners of the listed Samsung models

This suits anyone repairing a Samsung NP300V3A, NP305V3A or NP355V3A whose FCN FB05 DFS531105MC0T fan has failed. It is not for users with different Samsung series or other brands, nor for builders who need a universal cooler or a higher-airflow upgrade.

Questions about this item

What does the 5V 0.5A rating mean when the fan runs inside my laptop?

The fan draws half an amp at five volts, matching the original Samsung specification so it runs at the correct speed without overloading the motherboard header.

Which connector standard does the FCN FB05 DFS531105MC0T use and what does it limit?

It uses the proprietary FCN FB05 connector that fits the Samsung NP300V3A, NP305V3A and NP355V3A headers, limiting use to those models.

What physical clearance does the BA81-14323A fan need to fit the NP300V3A chassis?

The unit is a direct replacement for the original BA81-14323A cooler, so it fits the existing screw holes and shroud without modification.
