Replacement fan for HP Spectre x360 13t-ae000

This new cooling fan replaces the original CPU and GPU thermal module in the HP 13" Spectre x360 13t-ae000 laptop. It is intended for owners of that specific model who need to restore factory cooling performance. Buyers with other Spectre variants or different laptop brands cannot use this part.

Matching part numbers L04885-001 and L04886-001

The decisive specification is the exact match to HP part numbers L04885-001 and L04886-001, also referenced as ND55C03-17D16-17D17. Only systems listing those numbers are compatible. Installers who skip this verification risk fitting a fan that will not connect or cool correctly.

Direct swap installation

The unit is a direct replacement that fits the existing mounting points and connector, so no adapter or soldering is required. Each fan is tested before shipping to confirm 100 % operation. The supplier advises comparing the product photos with the original fan and contacting them if any doubt remains, because the manufacturer may vary between Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, Kipo or others depending on stock.

Questions about this item

How does the CPU and GPU fan pair affect temperatures once installed in a real HP Spectre X360 13t-ae000?

The right and left fans replace the original CPU and GPU coolers, restoring the factory airflow paths so both processors stay within their normal thermal limits under load.

What connector standard do the L04885-001 and L04886-001 fans use, and what does it limit?

Both fans use the proprietary HP 4-pin connectors keyed for the Spectre X360 13t-ae000 motherboard, so they only work in that chassis and cannot be adapted to other models.

What physical clearance do the ND55C03-17D16-17D17 fans need to fit inside the 13-inch Spectre X360?

The pair is built to the exact mounting-hole spacing and screw positions of the 13-inch Spectre X360, so they drop into the existing brackets without any modification.
