Replacement Centrifugal Blower for Laptop Cooling

This new DBTLAP fan is a direct replacement component for laptop cooling pads that use the D12F-24PLH1C1 model. It suits repair technicians and owners who need to restore airflow after the original blower fails. Each unit is tested before shipping to confirm operation.

Upgrades from a Worn or Failed Original Blower

The part replaces an existing 12032 centrifugal turbine when bearing noise, vibration or reduced output makes the cooler ineffective. Swapping the blower is worth it when the cooling pad chassis remains intact but the fan no longer moves sufficient air. Verify the part number against photos before ordering to ensure exact fit.

Sustained Airflow at 24V 1.1A Continuous Rating

The blower runs at 24 volts and 1.1 amps, delivering large air volume through its 120 by 120 by 32 millimetre frame during extended use. Centrifugal design maintains static pressure across the pad’s internal channels without the drop-off seen in short burst tests. Buyers needing higher voltage, different dimensions or dual-fan kits cannot use this single unit.

Questions about this item

What are the mounting dimensions for the 12032 centrifugal blower fan?

The fan measures 120 by 120 by 32 millimetres, so the mounting cutout must match those exact dimensions.

How do I connect the 24V 1.1A power leads when installing the blower?

Verify the connector polarity matches your laptop's fan header before plugging it in; reversing the 24 volt supply will damage the motor.

When should I plan to replace the bearings in this 12032 turbine fan?

Each unit is tested before shipping, but centrifugal blowers typically need bearing service after several years of continuous 24V operation.
