Replacement Fan for Alienware 13 R1 R2

This replacement cooler fits Dell Alienware 13 R1 and R2 laptops. It handles both CPU and GPU airflow in a single unit. The part matches supplier codes DFS1700054N0T, F0J7, DFS481105F20T and FGJ6. It suits owners whose original fan has failed or become noisy.

Single Fan Unit Tested Before Shipping

The package contains one fan assembly only. Each unit is tested individually before dispatch to confirm 100 percent operation. Manufacturers may vary between Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, Kipo or others depending on stock. No additional brackets, screws or thermal pads are included.

Direct Swap Requires Careful Matching

Installation is a direct swap once the laptop is opened. Buyers must compare the replacement with the original fan using the product photos before purchase. Different revisions exist for the 13 inch chassis so connector layout or screw positions can differ. Incorrect fitment is the most common issue.

Questions about this item

Will I need to replace the CPU and GPU cooling fans again after a certain period of use?

The replacement fans are tested individually before shipping to ensure they work correctly. The manufacturer provides a 9-month warranty on each unit.

What is the first limit I will hit if I run the Alienware 13 R1 R2 cooling fans continuously under heavy load?

The fans are designed to cool both the CPU and GPU simultaneously. Sustained operation will be limited by the thermal capacity of the laptop's heatsink assembly rather than the fans themselves.

How much noise and heat will the DFS1700054N0T F0J7 fans produce when running all day inside the laptop?

The fans are produced by manufacturers such as Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, or Kipo depending on stock. Noise and heat output will vary slightly based on the specific brand supplied.
