It is intended for owners of these specific models who need to replace a worn or noisy original unit. Buyers with other Acer series or different manufacturers cannot use this part.

Included Fan Unit Only

The package contains a single cooling fan tested before dispatch. No mounting screws, thermal pads or installation tools are supplied, so you must reuse the original hardware from the laptop. The supplier advises comparing the product photos with your existing fan and confirming the part number before ordering.

5 V 0.5 A Power Specification

The fan operates at 5 volts and draws 0.5 amperes, matching the laptop's internal fan header. Connectors or pin layouts that differ from this electrical profile will not work, and the part is not designed for external USB power or other voltage sources. Installers must verify the header matches exactly.

Questions about this item

Will the fan bearing need lubrication or replacement after long use?

The fan is a sealed 5V 0.5A unit tested before shipping; no user lubrication is required, and if it ever fails you replace the whole fan assembly.

What limits continuous cooling performance during heavy workloads?

The 5V 0.5A power rating caps the maximum airflow, so sustained heavy loads are limited by that fixed current draw.

How much noise and heat does the fan add when running all day?

It draws only 0.5A at 5V, so heat output is minimal and acoustic level stays low enough for typical office or home use.
