Who this suits and who it does not

The part suits owners of the listed ProBook and EliteBook models who need to replace a noisy or failed internal cooler. It will not suit users of other HP series, other brands or desktop systems because the mounting and connector are specific to these chassis. Buyers who need a complete heatsink assembly or an external cooling pad should look at different products.

Checks before ordering

Compare the product photographs with your original fan to confirm the connector shape, screw positions and cable routing match exactly. Verify the laptop model number on the service tag matches one of the compatible models listed above. If you are uncertain, contact the seller with your exact model details before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will this fan fit my HP ProBook 6570B without any extra brackets?

The fan is listed as compatible with the HP ProBook 6570B among other models, so it should install directly into that chassis.

Can I keep my existing heatsink and just swap the fan on my EliteBook 8560P?

The product is sold as a complete fan unit; you would replace the whole assembly rather than only the fan blade.

How do I confirm the fan is running correctly after I install it?

Power on the laptop and listen for the fan spinning; the supplier tests each unit before shipping to ensure it operates.
