Replacement Cooling Fan for XPS 15 9520

This new DBTLAP cooling fan is built as a direct replacement for the CPU and GPU cooler in Dell XPS 15 9520 and Precision 5570 laptops. It matches the original part numbers EG50050S1-CJ80-S9A, EG50050S1-CJ60-S9A, 0594WG and 0MC4KC. Installers should verify the unit against product photos before fitting.

Thermal Headroom for Dual-Chip Loads

The fan handles combined CPU and GPU heat output during sustained workloads such as rendering or compilation. Thermal throttling appears when the heatsink fins clog with dust or the thermal paste degrades beyond the fan’s airflow capacity. Regular cleaning extends the usable envelope.

Single-Fan Package with Fit Verification

The box contains one tested fan unit and no mounting hardware, thermal compound or control software. The supplier advises checking the part number against the original component and offering the laptop model number if compatibility is uncertain. No additional accessories are bundled.

Questions about this item

Will this fan fit my Dell XPS 15 9520 motherboard without modification?

The fan matches part numbers EG50050S1-CJ80-S9A and EG50050S1-CJ60-S9A used in the XPS 15 9520 and Precision 5570, so it mounts directly to the existing heatsink screws.

How can I confirm the replacement fan is spinning correctly after installation?

Enter the BIOS hardware monitor or run Dell SupportAssist; both report CPU and GPU fan RPM in real time so you can verify the new unit reaches its target speed.

Does the package include thermal paste or mounting screws for the Dell Precision 5570?

Only the cooling fan itself is included; thermal compound and any replacement screws must be sourced separately.
