Questions about this item

Will the fan bearing need lubrication or replacement after extended use?

The fan is a sealed unit tested before shipping; no user-serviceable bearings are accessible, so replacement means swapping the whole fan.

What limits continuous cooling performance on the ENVY 17m-CG TPN-C146?

The single DC28000QNS0 fan moves a fixed airflow volume; sustained loads are capped by that maximum flow rate.

How much noise and heat does the replacement fan add during all-day operation?

The unit draws low DC power and runs at a constant speed, adding minimal acoustic output and negligible extra heat to the chassis.
