Custom Molded Fit

Decibullz Custom Molded Earplugs are personal protective equipment shaped to each ear using hot water. The thermoplastic material creates a secure seal that stays in place during extended wear. This fit reduces the pressure points common with standard foam or flange plugs.

NRR 31 Noise Reduction

A Noise Reduction Rate of 31 provides high attenuation for loud environments such as shooting ranges, concerts and industrial settings. The package includes three sizes of silicone triple-flange tips and a set of medium foam tips for alternative sealing options. A carrying pouch keeps the molds clean between uses.

Replaces Disposable Plugs

The remoldable design replaces single-use earplugs for users who want a repeatable custom fit without recurring cost. It suits anyone who struggles with standard tips falling out or causing discomfort over long sessions. Buyers who need electronic amplification or communication pass-through should consider other solutions.

Questions about this item

What does the NRR 31 rating mean for real-world noise reduction?

The NRR 31 rating indicates the earplugs reduce noise by up to 31 decibels under laboratory conditions; actual attenuation varies with fit and frequency.

What ear-canal sizes do the included tips cover?

Three sets of silicone triple-flange tips in small, medium, and large plus one set of medium foam tips are supplied to match different ear-canal diameters.

How do I remold the thermoplastic if the first fit isn't right?

Reheat the molds in boiling water, let them cool briefly, then reshape them to your ears; they can be remolded repeatedly until the seal feels secure.
