High-Visibility Shipping Labels

These bright yellow and black labels are designed for shipping departments and mailrooms that need clear handling instructions on outbound packages. The bold "Open This End" message helps reduce transit damage by directing proper package orientation. Each roll provides a practical supply for daily dispatch operations. The high-contrast colour scheme ensures the instruction is read at a glance.

Upgrade from Handwritten Markings

Switching to these pre-printed rolls replaces the inconsistent legibility of marker pens or generic stickers. The jump is worth it when shipment volumes make hand-labelling too slow or when carrier compliance requires standardised handling icons. The silicone-coated release liner allows for rapid, jam-free application on fast-paced packing lines. This consistency protects contents and speeds up processing.

500-Label Roll Capacity

A single roll comfortably handles several weeks of typical small-business dispatch volumes before needing replacement. The paper stock adheres securely to corrugated cartons and padded mailers throughout the shipping cycle. It runs out when the roll core is empty, requiring a simple swap to maintain workflow. The bulk count minimises reorder frequency for steady operations.

Questions about this item

What size label dispenser or holder fits a 3" x 5" roll?

The roll holds 500 labels that each measure 3" x 5", so a dispenser with a 3-inch core width and enough diameter for a 500-label roll will fit.

How do I apply the labels correctly, and what step is often missed?

Peel each label from the silicone-coated release liner and press firmly on a clean, dry surface; the step often missed is ensuring the surface is free of dust or moisture before sticking.

When will I need to replace the roll, and what should I order?

After using the 500 labels on the roll, order another roll of 3" x 5" bright yellow/black "Open This End" labels on silicone-coated release paper.
