Fluorescent Caution Labels for Shipping

These 1.5" x 3" fluorescent red and black labels come on a roll of 500. They are designed for mailroom staff and shippers who need high-visibility caution markings on packages. The paper stock is coated with a silicone release liner for clean dispensing. Made in the USA, they suit daily shipping workflows.

Paper Stock and Adhesive Limits

The labels use a paper face stock that can tear if pulled aggressively from the silicone coated release liner. Ink adhesion is suitable for standard handling but may smudge if exposed to moisture or heavy abrasion. The adhesive is formulated for corrugated boxes and may not bond permanently to plastic, metal or dusty surfaces. Extreme temperatures can affect tack performance.

Easy Dispensing with Alignment Care

The roll format allows quick peel-and-stick application by hand or with a desktop dispenser. Labels separate cleanly from the liner when peeled at a shallow angle. Misfeeds occur if the roll core is not seated squarely or if tension is uneven. Wrinkling happens when labels are applied over seams or curved edges without smoothing.

Questions about this item

Are these fluorescent caution labels sold in a single roll of 500 or in multiple rolls?

Each unit is one roll containing 500 labels measuring 1.5 by 3 inches.

Will the fluorescent red and black print stay legible on packages that travel through sorting machines?

The paper stock with silicone coated release liner feeds cleanly through printers and applicators so the high visibility colour remains readable during automated handling.

The labels sit on silicone coated release paper which peels away to expose a permanent adhesive designed to stick securely to corrugated and other common shipping surfaces.
