Product Identity

These 1.5" x 4" "Glass Handle With Care" labels come on a roll of 500 and are designed for shippers and mailrooms that need to mark fragile packages clearly. The red and white colour scheme provides high visibility on cardboard and padded mailers. They are produced in the USA on paper stock with a silicone-coated release liner.

Thermals Noise Power

As adhesive paper labels, this product generates no heat, draws no power and produces no audible noise during application or storage. The silicone-coated release paper allows each label to separate cleanly without tearing or curling. Performance remains consistent in typical office and warehouse environments.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Under continuous high-volume shipping the roll feeds reliably through hand-held dispensers or desktop applicators without jamming. The adhesive maintains its bond on corrugated boxes and poly mailers throughout transit. The 500-label roll length reduces the frequency of roll changes during peak packing periods. Buyers who need waterproof or freezer-grade adhesives should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 1.5" x 4" labels without them sticking together on the roll?

Peel each label from the silicone coated release paper backing and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface; the release liner prevents labels from bonding to each other on the roll.

Will the red and white print fade if boxes sit in sunlight during transit?

The paper label stock is not UV rated, so prolonged direct sunlight can cause the red ink to fade over time.

At what temperature does the adhesive start to lose grip on corrugated cartons?

The adhesive is designed for typical indoor shipping temperatures; extreme cold or heat beyond normal warehouse conditions may reduce bond strength first.
