Air Eligible Shipping Labels

These 2" x 2" labels are designed for air-eligible shipments and come on a roll of 500. They suit businesses and individuals who need compliant mailing supplies for regular dispatch.

Replaces Hand Written Addresses

The roll format speeds up parcel processing compared with manual writing or smaller label sheets. The jump is worth it when daily volume makes hand addressing a bottleneck.

Limited to 2" x 2" Format

The fixed dimensions restrict the amount of address or barcode data that can fit on a single label. Larger parcels needing bigger labels or multiple barcodes will require a different size.

Questions about this item

What size label dispenser or printer slot fits the 2" x 2" labels on a 500-count roll?

The labels measure 2" by 2" and come 500 per roll on silicone-coated release paper, so any dispenser or printer that accepts 2-inch wide rolls with a standard core will accommodate them.

How do I load the roll so the white-and-black labels feed correctly without jamming?

Place the roll with the labels facing the print head or feed path, thread the leading edge under the guide rollers, and advance a few labels to confirm the silicone release liner separates cleanly before printing.

When should I replace the roll, and does the silicone liner leave residue that needs cleaning?

Replace the roll when the last of the 500 labels is used; the silicone-coated release liner is designed to peel cleanly, so routine roller cleaning is only needed if adhesive build-up appears after extended use.
