2" x 4" NMCS Shipping Labels

These white and red paper labels measure two inches by four inches and are supplied on silicone-coated release paper. Each roll contains five hundred labels and is manufactured in the USA. They are designed for general shipping and mailing identification tasks.

Suited for mailrooms and small businesses

Offices that process regular outbound parcels will find the roll format convenient for quick application. Operations needing waterproof, tear-resistant or barcode-grade synthetic stock should consider alternative materials.

Silicone-coated release liner eases dispensing

The backing paper allows labels to peel cleanly without curling or tearing during high-volume use. The pre-printed NMCS marking and white/red colour scheme provide immediate visual categorisation for sorting workflows.

Questions about this item

What label printer or applicator do I need to use these 2" x 4" NMCS labels?

They are supplied on a roll of 500 labels with a silicone coated release liner, so any desktop or industrial printer that accepts 2" x 4" fan-fold or roll-fed stock with a standard core will work.

Can I print on these white and red paper labels with a direct thermal printer I already own?

The labels use a paper face stock on silicone coated release paper and carry no thermal coating, so they require a thermal-transfer printer with a ribbon; a direct thermal printer will not produce an image.

How can I verify the labels are feeding and printing correctly after I load the roll?

Run a test print of the NMCS marking; the white and red colour blocks should appear sharp, the 2" x 4" die-cut edges must align with the print area, and the silicone liner should release cleanly without tearing.
