Shipping Labels for Fragile Items

These self-adhesive labels measure 3" x 4" and come 500 per roll. The white stock carries red and black "Do Not Roll" text for high visibility. They suit warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that need clear handling instructions on parcels. Made in USA on silicone-coated release paper for reliable dispensing.

Temperature and Power Behaviour

Paper label stock remains stable across normal indoor shipping environments. No power is required and the roll produces no noise during application. The silicone-coated liner prevents jamming in hand-held or desktop dispensers. Adhesive performance is consistent in typical warehouse temperatures.

Build Quality and Daily Use

Each label uses a paper face stock bonded to a silicone-coated release liner that peels cleanly. The 500-label roll fits standard dispensers and reduces reload frequency during high-volume packing. Permanent adhesive bonds to corrugated boxes, poly mailers and padded envelopes. The "Do Not Roll" message is pre-printed so no secondary marking is needed.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 3" x 4" labels from the silicone coated release paper without tearing them?

Peel each label from the silicone coated release paper and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface; the liner is designed for clean release so the label separates without tearing.

What replacement roll do I order when the 500 labels run out?

Reorder the same 3" x 4" Do Not Roll labels, 500 per roll, white with red and black print on paper stock with silicone coated release liner.

Will the adhesive hold on packages that sit in a hot warehouse for weeks?

The paper label stock uses a standard pressure-sensitive adhesive on silicone coated release paper; extended high heat can soften the adhesive and reduce bond strength over time.
