Expedite Shipping Labels

Bright yellow labels with black print measure 3 x 5 inches and arrive on a roll of 500 pieces. They are designed for mailrooms and fulfilment teams that need high-visibility expedite markings on parcels. The silicone-coated release liner allows quick hand application or use with a standard desktop dispenser.

Paper Stock and Adhesive

Labels are printed on paper stock backed by a silicone-coated release paper that feeds cleanly without jamming. The adhesive bonds to corrugated cartons, poly mailers and padded envelopes at room temperature. No special storage conditions are required beyond a dry indoor environment.

Sustained Mailroom Use

A single roll supplies 500 labels, supporting multiple packing shifts before a change-over is needed. The permanent adhesive maintains grip through handling, transit vibration and temperature variation. The format suits operations that process high volumes of expedited shipments daily.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 3" x 5" labels onto a desktop dispenser without jamming?

Thread the silicone coated release paper so the bright yellow labels feed from the bottom of the roll and advance straight across the peel bar.

When will the adhesive on these 500 labels per roll start to lose tack?

The paper label stock on silicone coated release paper keeps adhesive stable for years if stored at room temperature away from humidity.

At what print volume does the bright yellow ink on the 3" x 5" labels begin to fade?

Thermal transfer ribbon holds colour through the full 500 label roll; direct thermal printing will darken faster under heat and sunlight.
