Hold For Inspection Labels

These self-adhesive labels are designed for quality-control teams and shipping departments that need a clear visual hold notice. Each roll supplies 500 labels so high-volume operations can keep inspection workflows moving without frequent roll changes.

Fluorescent Green and Black Print

The bright green background with black text makes the hold message instantly visible on cartons, pallets or bins under normal warehouse lighting. Paper stock on a silicone-coated release liner feeds smoothly through hand-held or desktop dispensers without jamming or excessive static.

USA-Made Paper Construction

Manufactured in the United States, the labels use a standard paper face stock that tears cleanly by hand when needed. The silicone-coated release paper protects the adhesive during storage and allows quick, reliable application on corrugated, plastic or metal surfaces day after day.

Questions about this item

How do I apply these 3" x 5" Hold For Inspection labels without trapping air bubbles under the adhesive?

Peel each fluorescent green label from the silicone-coated release liner slowly, starting at one corner, then press firmly from the centre outward so the adhesive bonds evenly across the 3" x 5" surface.

When will the fluorescent green ink or adhesive need replacing on the roll?

The 500-label roll is single-use; once all labels are applied the roll is finished and a new roll must be ordered for further inspections.

What is the first limitation I hit if I use these labels continuously in a hot warehouse?

Extended heat exposure can soften the adhesive on the paper stock, causing labels to lift or slide before the 500-count roll is exhausted.
