High-Visibility Shipping Labels

These fluorescent red and black labels measure 3 inches by 5 inches and come on a roll of 500. The bold colour scheme ensures "Open This Side Only" handling instructions are immediately visible on parcels. They suit mailrooms, warehouses and e-commerce shippers who need clear directional marking on outbound packages.

Upgrade From Handwritten Markings

Pre-printed rolls replace hand-written arrows or generic stickers that can smudge or fade in transit. The jump is worth it when shipment volumes make manual marking slow or when carrier compliance requires legible, standardised orientation labels. Each roll supplies 500 identical labels for consistent application across high-volume packing stations.

Sustained Use On Silicone-Coated Release Paper

The paper label stock sits on a silicone-coated liner that resists curling during long print runs or repeated dispensing. Adhesion remains reliable across successive labels without liner tear or adhesive bleed. Made in the USA, the roll maintains consistent feed and release characteristics from the first label to the last.

Questions about this item

What size label dispenser or holder fits the 3" x 5" labels on this roll?

The labels measure three inches by five inches, so a dispenser that accepts a three-inch core width and five-inch label length will match the roll.

How do I apply these labels so the "Open This Side Only" message faces the right way?

Peel each label from the silicone-coated release liner and press it onto the package with the fluorescent red and black printing visible to the handler.

When will I need to order a replacement roll?

Each roll contains five hundred labels, so reorder when your remaining count approaches zero for your shipping volume.
