Product Purpose

These fluorescent green and black shipping labels measure three by five inches and come on a roll of five hundred. They suit mailrooms, warehouses and small businesses that need high-visibility identification for partial cases and cartons. The silicone-coated release liner allows clean, reliable dispensing on manual or desktop applicators. Manufactured in the USA, the stock is designed for everyday shipping workflows.

Who It Suits

Teams that value quick visual sorting will benefit from the bold colour contrast on corrugated boxes and poly mailers. Operations requiring weatherproof film, tamper-evident adhesives or custom printed branding should look elsewhere. The permanent adhesive is formulated for standard cardboard and may not adhere well to dusty, waxed or low-surface-energy plastics.

Sustained Use

During extended packing sessions the roll feeds consistently without edge curl or liner tears, keeping downtime low. The adhesive maintains grab across repeated applications in typical indoor temperature ranges. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture will degrade the fluorescent pigment and reduce legibility over time.

Questions about this item

What type of printer do I need to print on these 3" x 5" fluorescent green labels?

These paper labels on silicone-coated release paper are designed for direct-thermal or thermal-transfer desktop printers that accept a 3-inch roll width and a 5-inch label length.

Will the fluorescent green and black print show clearly on the older thermal printhead I already use?

The high-contrast fluorescent green stock with black imaging works with standard thermal printheads; print density may need a slight increase on aging heads to keep barcodes sharp.

How can I confirm the roll feeds and cuts correctly after loading it?

Run a test print of several labels; each 3" x 5" label should advance cleanly, separate at the perforation, and show crisp black text on the fluorescent green background without smudging.
