  • Paper stock on silicone-coated release paper allows clean, reliable dispensing
  • Made in USA manufacturing supports domestic production standards

3" x 5" Top-Load Shipping Labels

These fluorescent green and black labels measure three inches by five inches and come on a single roll of five hundred pieces. The paper stock is mounted on silicone-coated release paper for clean dispensing. They are manufactured in the USA and designed for top-load printers only.

High-volume mailrooms and e-commerce shippers

Operations that print large batches of "This Side Up" or handling instructions will benefit from the five-hundred-label roll length and vivid colour contrast. Buyers needing labels for bottom-feed or laser sheet printers should look elsewhere because this product is engineered exclusively for top-load thermal or direct-thermal equipment.

Sustained printing on top-load hardware

During long print runs the silicone-coated liner resists curling and feeds consistently through the mechanism without jamming. The adhesive maintains its bond on corrugated cartons even after extended handling in transit. The roll format minimises reload interruptions so the printer can run continuously through peak shipping periods.

Questions about this item

Do I need a printer that accepts 3-inch by 5-inch top-load label rolls?

Yes, the labels are 3" x 5" and designed for top-load only printers, so your equipment must support that size and feed direction.

Can I use these fluorescent green and black labels with a thermal-transfer printer that I already own?

These labels use paper stock on silicone-coated release paper and are intended for direct thermal printing; they are not suited for thermal-transfer ribbons.

How can I confirm the roll feeds correctly after loading it?

The first few labels should advance smoothly without skewing, the fluorescent green and black print must be sharp, and the perforations should separate cleanly at each 3" x 5" interval.
