Shipping Labels for Packing Slips

These 4" x 4" white and red labels are designed to hold packing slips inside shipments. Each roll provides 500 labels on silicone-coated release paper for easy peeling. They suit warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that process daily outbound parcels. The labels are manufactured in the USA.

Capacity and Usage Limits

A single roll supplies 500 labels, covering the same number of parcels before a replacement is needed. The 4" square format fits standard packing-slip dimensions without folding. High-volume shippers will need multiple rolls on hand to avoid interruptions during peak periods. The paper stock is not waterproof, so exterior exposure should be avoided.

Handling and Application

The silicone-coated liner allows clean, consistent release during manual or dispenser-assisted application. No special equipment or power is required to use the labels. Paper construction means they tear cleanly but can crease if handled roughly. Store rolls flat in a dry area to maintain adhesive performance.

Questions about this item

Will these 4" x 4" labels feed through my older desktop label printer without jamming?

They use paper label stock on silicone coated release paper, a standard format compatible with most desktop printers that accept 4-inch wide rolls.

How can I verify the white and red print is aligned correctly after the first few labels?

Peel the first label and check that the red border sits evenly inside the white 4-inch square with no skew or cutoff.

Does the roll include a core or dispenser, or do I need to buy one separately?

The roll ships with 500 labels on silicone coated release paper; no dispenser or core adapter is included.
