Product Purpose

These shipping warning labels measure four inches by five inches and come in a roll of five hundred. They are designed for warehouse staff and shippers who need a clear prompt to verify box counts and record any damage on the carrier delivery receipt before signing. The white and red colour scheme ensures the message stands out on cartons of various colours. They are not suited for operations that require barcode scanning or thermal printing.

Thermals Noise Power

As adhesive paper labels applied at room temperature, they generate no heat, produce no noise and draw no electrical power during normal use. The silicone coated release liner allows each label to peel cleanly without tearing, supporting a smooth workflow at the packing station. No environmental controls or power sources are needed for application or storage.

Build And Daily Use

The labels are manufactured in the USA on paper stock backed with a silicone coated release paper that resists curling in typical indoor conditions. Each roll delivers five hundred individual labels, reducing the frequency of roll changes during high-volume shipping periods. The permanent adhesive bonds securely to corrugated boxes, yet the release liner protects the glue until the moment of use, keeping the roll tidy on a dispenser or shelf.

Questions about this item

How do I apply these 4" x 5" warning labels to a shipping box?

Peel each label from the silicone-coated release paper and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface of the box so the white and red print remains fully visible to the carrier.

Will the adhesive on these paper labels degrade if the roll is stored for a long time?

Keep the roll in its original packaging at room temperature and away from moisture to preserve the adhesive tack on the paper label stock.

What happens if the print on these labels smudges during transit?

The warning text is pre-printed on the white and red paper stock; if it becomes illegible the carrier may not see the instruction to verify the box count and note damage on the delivery receipt.
