Pallet-Shipping Labels for Intact Transport

These 4" x 6" labels communicate a clear "Do Not Move From Pallet Must Be Shipped Intact" instruction in FLR green and black print. Each roll supplies 500 labels on paper stock with a silicone-coated release liner. They are manufactured in the USA and suit warehouses, freight forwarders and manufacturers that need pallet loads to remain undisturbed during transit.

Replacing Handwritten or Generic Warnings

Pre-printed rolls remove the inconsistency of hand-marked pallets and the ambiguity of generic "fragile" or "handle with care" labels. The specific wording targets the exact handling error that causes load shifting or partial shipment. The jump is worth it when misrouted or broken pallets lead to claims, rework or production delays.

Verify Printer and Application Method

Confirm your label printer or applicator accepts a 4" x 6" format on silicone-coated release paper before ordering. Check that the green/black colour scheme meets any internal colour-coding standards. Ensure the adhesive is compatible with your pallet wrap, strapping or surface material so the message stays legible for the full journey.

Questions about this item

What size label dispenser or printer does the 4" x 6" roll require?

The labels measure 4 inches by 6 inches, so the dispenser or printer must accept that width and length.

How do I load the silicone-coated release liner so the labels feed correctly?

Thread the roll with the label side facing the print head or dispensing edge and the silicone-coated release paper against the backing roller; the common mistake is loading it backwards, which causes jams.

When should I replace the roll during a high-volume shipping shift?

Each roll contains 500 labels; replace it once the last label feeds through to avoid mislabelled pallets.
