Product Identity

These labels measure 4" x 6" and come 500 per roll on white, red and black paper stock with a silicone-coated release liner. They are made in the USA and suit warehouses, e-commerce shippers and mailrooms that need clear "Do Not Stack" warnings on pallets and cartons.

Installation Notes

The roll feeds directly into most desktop and industrial thermal-transfer or direct-thermal printers that accept a 4" x 6" label size. Common issues include mismatched core diameter, sensor calibration drift and adhesive buildup on the printhead when the liner is not removed cleanly.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your printer supports 4" x 6" labels and the core size of this roll before ordering. Confirm the media sensor type matches the gap or notch on the silicone-coated liner. Ensure your application environment tolerates the adhesive on the intended packaging surfaces.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the labels are dispensing correctly after loading the roll?

The roll should feed smoothly from the silicone coated release paper with each 4" x 6" label releasing cleanly and the white red black print remaining sharp and legible on the paper label stock

What is included with the roll and is a dispenser or printer ribbon supplied?

One roll containing 500 labels on silicone coated release paper is included; no dispenser printer ribbon or additional hardware is provided

Which label colour combination should I choose for maximum visibility on stacked cartons?

The labels are printed in white red black on a white background so the high contrast red and black text on white stock is already optimised for visibility on cartons
